Our Tour
Traveling with one of the smallest and highly regarded tour companies in the region, you will enjoy all the highlights this area has to offer.
Crossing the Daintree River
With the early start, you’ll find we are one of the first tours to cross the Daintree River. Our vehicle boards a ferry as you enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the Daintree River.
Morning tea in the rainforest
We stop deep in the heart of the rainforest for morning tea where you can try the locally grown Daintree tea, freshly ground plunger coffee, home-made muffins and fresh fruit. Take a guided stroll with Nicholas and uncover secret treasures that can only be revealed by a local with a wealth of experience.
Cape Tribulation
A coral reef just off the coastline and this cape of the Daintree National Park is where Captain Cook ran aground in 1770. Walk along the pristine beach or mangrove boardwalk. Take a swim or just relax. A friendly goanna or some bush turkeys may come to greet you.
Secluded Swimming Hole
You’ve come a long way to escape the crowds so you’ll love visiting our hidden, crystal clear swimming hole. Under the leafy green shade of palms, tree ferns and swinging rainforest vines, enjoy the sparkling turquoise waters at our secret spot. It’s off the track, peaceful and unforgettably beautiful. It’s one of our favourite places and we know that it will be yours too.
Daintree Ice Cream Company
Spend a little time soaking up the scenery in the gorgeous mountain rimmed gardens while you sample their delectable home made delights. Made from seasonal fruit grown in their extensive orchards, be prepared to be wowed. Fresh tropical fruit and locally made ice cream, does it get any better?
Alexandra Lookout
A gorgeous view back over the Daintree Rainforest and the mouth of the Daintree River. The Lookout is also famous for its population of Birdwing, Ulysses Butterflies and breathtaking photo opportunities.
The Daintree Tea House Restaurant
Lunch? Sit back, relax and dine in any weather at the beautiful Daintree Tea House Restaurant. You may choose chicken, beef or vegetarian. Perhaps you’d like to try our tropical specialty, Barramundi? All dishes are served with salad, chips, fresh bread and a large array of delicious tropical fruit. Your host will talk you through all the exotic locally grown delicacies as you enjoy your meal.
Guided River Cruise
After lunch we will spend a leisurely hour cruising along The Daintree River in the company of a local boat captain and wildlife expert. This is a perfect opportunity to enjoy the diverse flora and fauna of river life and maybe spot one of the resident saltwater crocodiles.
